SHIPPING POLICY

All READY-TO-WEAR orders may take up 2 weeks to arrive - many orders arrive sooner, the factors include the manufacturing process, manufacturing stock levels, and shipment distance.

All PRE-ORDER RESERVATION orders are a courtesy for customers who want to reserve future releases, typically the orders are fulfilled within 3 months. Due to the ever-changing landscape of the world economy, GODSON has been significantly impacted by the Coronavirus. We are currently in the process of establishing a new manufacturing business relationship. Please bare with us as we embark this new journey.

Currently we do not offer expedited shipping.

Please be sure to read product description. Orders are not shipped or delivered on Sundays and holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

We are not responsible for lost/stolen or damaged items. You will need to refer to the carrier and advise of the issue and place the appropriate claim. Once the items leave our facilities and the carrier states delivered it is no longer within our policy to replace anything lost/stolen or damaged. We will do everything in our power to assist you and we guarantee satisfaction from a small business standpoint.
